As the founder of Garden Ministries, Rev. Dawson empowers organizations to eliminate waste, streamline operations, and maximize impact through biblically grounded continuous improvement strategies. Her innovative approach, inspired by Exodus 25-40, equips ministries to function with divine order, aligning vision, structure, and workflows for sustainable growth.  

As an engineer with over 21 years of leadership experience and former aviation Six Sigma Black Belt, Rev. Dawson has a proven track record of driving measurable results, including:
